Q: Where is your gym? 
We're based in Birkdale Village, close to the station and above The Fylde Fish Bar. PR8 2DS
Q: Is there parking available? 
Yes, there is parking on the street or outside the row of shops on Weld Parade.
Q: When are the sessions? 
Weekdays 6am-10:45am and 5:15pm-7:30pm. Saturday 8:15am–9:30am.  
Q: How long are the sessions?
Every group personal training session is 45-minutes long. 
Q: Are the session  times flexible? 
Of course. Simply book whichever sessions suit your schedule best each week. 
Q: When can I start? 
Once you've completed payment, you can book an intro session and get started right away. 
Q: When are the intro sessions? 
We have intro sessions available every Monday evening and Saturday morning. 
Q: What's included? 
You get group PT, nutrition support, personal coaching, and guaranteed results. 
Q: Do I get coached? 
Yes – this a fully coached program. 
Q: How much is it? 
The beginners challenge is currently £197. 
Q: Do I need to be fit already? 
No –  we'll make sure you're working at a pace that matches your fitness level.
